No, and you keep answering it. PickUp replaces your voicemail rather than your phone, so calls ring to you first exactly as they do now. Only the ones you do not pick up come to us.
What do I actually get after a call?
Who rang, what they were after and their number, written up so you can call back knowing the job before you dial.
What happens at the end of the 7 days?
You add a card and the plan you picked starts, Lite or Pro. There is no setup fee. We held no card during the trial, so nothing is charged until you choose to carry on.
What if it does not pay for itself?
On Pro, any month PickUp books less than it costs, with your divert on for at least twenty days, the next month is free. Booked jobs count at the price agreed on the call, so the number you see on your overview is the number that decides it. Lite has no guarantee.
Who do I talk to if something goes wrong?
A person, from the support button in your dashboard. Replies usually land within three hours. If something is broken we stay on it until it is fixed, and if you want a feature that would help everyone, we build it.
